Practice Group
2 hours -Weekly or bimonthly consultant facilitated group. Provides exploration and practice tailored to group needs.

  3. Understand the role of compassion in effective communication and problem solving

  4. Learn the 4 components of the model

  5. Practice the four components individually

  6. Practice using the four components for honest expression

  7. Practice using the four components to listen effectively to others

  8. Practice using the four components to employ self-understanding & empathy

  9. Practice using the four components to deal with anger

  10. Apply the model to real life situations through role-play and interactive processing.
